Senior researcher
Egidijus Auksorius is a senior researcher specializing in development of optical imaging techniques and its applications in biomedicine. He obtained his PhD in physics at Imperial College London in 2009. While at Imperial, he developed the first superresolution fluorescence lifetime imaging (STED-FLIM) microscope.
Karol Karnowski is a Senior Researcher at Physical Optics and Biophotonics (POB) Group. In 2013 he completed his PhD at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, where he has conducted pioneering works on ultrafast, fiber based, wavelength tunable lasers and their application in optical coherence tomography (OCT).
