Study visit to Oculomedica company

On November 22, 2019 Jadwiga Milkiewicz took part in preclinical tests in Oculomedica in Bydgoszcz. Thanks to this visit she became more familiar with the procedures and difficulties related to preclinical tests. The main goal of the research was to compare the one-photon and two-photon vision for patients with cataracts, using an apparatus constructed by dr Katarzyna Komar. It is possible that IR radiation could be better seen by these patients. Therefore in the future, it could be an alternative diagnostic tool, especially for such patients.
